The Waterman Hotel is beautifully located near Salamanca market and offers a cozy ambience, but my stay was marred by several issues. I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel during the Wooden Boat Festival in Hobart. The character of the old sandstone building combined with modern room layouts was delightful. The hospitality was top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning and some noise issues at night, which affected the overall comfort. Still, I would definitely return because of the unique charm of the place.
